Welcome to Stone Camp. Ted and Kathy Carns have been living off grid for over 50 years together. This is a short version of a full documentary i shot while i was there learning how to live fully off grid. Solar and wind energy, methane gas to run the pilot light in the refrigerator, zero waste systems, composting toilet, growing all their own food, heat their house with wood they harvest on the land and even a wood smoke fueled tractor.
